Operating Hours

We're working when you're working. Quiver operates between 6am and midnight, 7 days a week, 364 days a year.

We only take Christmas Day off - luckily someone else takes over 🎅

Couriers & Vehicles

Quiver is 100% emissionless. Which means we only use human or electricity powered vehicles. These range in size and include bicycles, e-bikes, e-cargo bikes, e-mopeds, e-cars and e-vans. This gives us the flexibility to deliver anything from your lipstick to your printer and we always match up the most efficient vehicle for the job at hand.Courier services, currently, are at the lower bound of what's acceptable. There's so much room to improve the experience for customers interacting with couriers to ensure it's truly delightful.We understand that our couriers are very much an extension of the brand we deliver for - and that's important to us. This is what Quiver does better than other courier companies. Quiver's couriers undergo thorough introductory hospitality training that continues throughout their work with us.We provide them with a Quiver uniform. We also provide them with eau-de-parfum, ensure they have clean hands and take off their helmet for delivery.It's the little things that matter.
