Storage CostsPer item held per week£0.25We deliberately make this simple. A cost per item held per week - we don't charge differently for weight and volume, we don't charge extra to pick & pack. This is it.
All of these charges are VAT exclusive.
This is our default pricing plan and we recommend commencing with this for the first 30 days to be able to see Quiver's impact on customer retention, conversion rate at checkout and customer acquisition - but we do have the flexibility to try and find the right pricing model for you.
Quiver's AimTransparent and Fair
Quiver aims to align our incentives with you as much as possible, so we only make money when your customers select our delivery options. There's no onboarding fee, no monthly subscription and no long term contracts - you can uninstall Quiver whenever you want.Quiver's charges are *blended* - we charge your customer a delivery fee and take a small percentage of the order value from the merchant. This is to enable as many customers as possible to choose an emissionless delivery future. This is to enable as many customers as possible to experience the magic of same day delivery.
How We Charge
We charge via Stripe on a weekly basis, each Sunday with receipts generated each Monday morning. Receipts are sent to you and are always available in your merchant dashboard for reconciliation. We only charge when we've done work for you - no deliveries in a week, no charge applied. Should be simple!
