AKT London was the largest delivery relationship Quiver has had. Between October 2024 and July 2026 we carried just over forty thousand parcels for them. That work has now ended — this page is a record of it.

What the work looked like at scale
Between 18 October 2024 and 7 July 2026 we made 40,209 deliveries for AKT London, reaching 19,647 distinct customers. Through calendar 2025 — 30,529 of those deliveries — 97.3% arrived within the window committed to the customer.
Just over half of all deliveries, 51.1%, went to someone we had delivered to before. For a repeat-purchase product that is the number that compounds: the same customers, reordering, over nearly two years.
It is the largest single body of work in our records, and it is the clearest evidence of what the operation looks like when it runs at volume.

AKT London is no longer a Quiver client. The relationship ran from October 2024 to July 2026 and ended when the brand moved its focus to the United States. Every figure here is historical and describes that closed period — nothing on this page is a statement about our service today. The 97.3% figure covers calendar 2025 and was measured on the on-time basis in use before March 2026, when our committed-window recording changed; we have not restated it on the current basis. We publish it because the work was real and the record is ours to cite, not because the relationship is current.
