What changed was where the parcel starts

Every London order once travelled from a warehouse in Madrid. Now it leaves a Flabelus store in London and reaches the customer the same way any local delivery does — a shorter journey, and no border in the middle of it.

Between December 2024 and July 2026 we made 3,470 deliveries for Flabelus, reaching 3,210 distinct customers. Almost every one went to a different address — a brand acquiring new customers quickly, served from stock already in the city.

A note on scope

We have not published an on-time figure for Flabelus. Roughly a third of their deliveries are missing an on-time score in our records, and we will not put forward a reliability number that rests on two thirds of the work. We would rather say nothing than say something we cannot stand behind.
