Growth · London, Paris or Warsaw · Full-time£80,000 + commission in London, or the equivalent in euros in Paris and in złoty in WarsawQuiver delivers for retailers, same day and next day, from their own stores or our fulfilment centre, with delivery options built into their checkout. We're coming together with an established European last-mile delivery network across the UK, France and Poland, so retailers can work with one delivery partner in all three countries.
As Growth Lead you'll own new business and account growth in your city: finding the right retailers, winning them, getting them live and growing the deliveries they send us.
What you'll do
- Build and run your own pipeline: research, outreach, meetings and closing.
- Win retailers and brands, from independent shops to groups with many stores.
- Get new clients live with the team, then grow what they send through us.
- Work with operations on pricing and coverage, and with product on what clients need next.
- Report on pipeline and revenue every week.
What we're looking for
- A track record of winning and growing business clients, ideally in delivery, logistics, e-commerce or software.
- At ease selling to founders and to operations teams.
- Organised and self-directed: you run your own pipeline.
- In Paris, fluent French and good English. In Warsaw, fluent Polish and good English. In London, French or Polish is a plus.
