Quiver delivers for retailers, same day and next day, from their own stores or our fulfilment centre, with delivery options built into their checkout. We're coming together with an established European last-mile delivery network across the UK, France and Poland, so retailers can work with one delivery partner in all three countries.
As Ops Lead you'll run delivery in your city: courier supply, on-time delivery and the collections and returns behind it, and you'll improve the processes and tools we use to do it.
What you'll do
- Plan courier supply against demand, day by day and week by week.
- Own on-time delivery and first-time success in your city, and fix what gets in the way.
- Run courier onboarding and support with the team.
- Work with clients' stores on collections and returns.
- Use data to spot problems early, and improve the processes and tools behind them.
What we're looking for
- Experience running last-mile, courier, logistics or similar operations.
- Calm and decisive when things go wrong on the day.
- At home with data: spreadsheets and dashboards, with SQL a plus.
- In Paris, fluent French and good English.
