Storage is the part that changes the economics

Over the twelve months to 31 July 2026 we made 1,694 next-day deliveries for NO SAINT, of which 92.8% arrived within their committed window. Since March 2025 we have made 4,198 deliveries in total to 2,767 customers, with 33.7% going to a customer we had delivered to before.

Because their range is narrow and turns quickly, the whole thing fits in our fulfilment centre — no third-party warehouse, no transfer leg, and stock sitting inside the city it sells to.

The shape of the work has changed too. Through mid-2025 most of their volume ran on our immediate service; since December 2025 it has been almost entirely next-day. Over the same stretch monthly volume has risen, and July 2026 was their busiest month of 2026 at 413 deliveries.

A note on scope

The 92.8% figure covers NO SAINT's next-day service, which is the large majority of their volume with us. Their smaller immediate (1–2 hour) volume performed less well over the same period, and their combined figure across all services since March 2025 is lower. We publish the next-day number because that is the service it describes.
