Connected-provider workflow only; not a generic source/product edit API for standalone integrations. Currently requires Shopify allocation data and a saved provider review. Does not accept caller-specified source allocations or a replacement basket. Creates a saved proposal from a successful saved allocation review no older than five minutes, without applying it. Refresh split-allocation-review first. Requires permissions for current and proposed sources. Inspect blockers and locked parcels before approval.
